“The photos of the property do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We had a really wonderful stay here, Phillip was very attentive and informative. La maison est originale et située au calme ; elle a fait, par exemple, le bonheur des curieux de la famille en bricolage et la joie des plus jeunes en activité de cache cache et pour tous, des promenades bien sympathiques à faire aux alentours. Le propriétaire a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et répond rapidement aux questions, tout en restant discret (pas toujours sur notre dos, contrairement à certaines locations faites...

“Merci à Monsieur Guyard et son équipe pour l'accueil ! On se sent très vite à l'aise dans ce magnifique domaine. Adultes et enfants ont trouvé leur place. Le lieu est parfaitement sécurisé pour les enfants. Les sportifs (et les autres) apprécieront le cadre et la richesse des équipements. Bravo à Monsieur Chigne pour sa discrétion et l'entretien du parc magnifique dominant la Charente. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !”

“The place was ideal for us. It had the most amazing outdoor areas where we could dine and gather to relax. Temperatures reached 38 degrees and the pool area and decking had plenty of shade and beautiful views looking over the river in the distance. There were two BBQ areas and the kitchen had everything you needed. You could walk to the town where there were a number of restaurants and a short drive across the river to a local supermarket. Highly recommend.”

“A nice spacious well equipped property with a pleasantly heated pool. Essentially it's located in the countryside away from any towns or major tourist spots - so factor in any extra driving. Surprisingly it was a semi-detached property but we didnt really hear much from the human neighbours, the cows on the farm across the road made more noise!”

Pas de balai et aspirateur à bout de souffle. Doit impérativement améliorer la prestation.”

“La maison est celle que nous recherchions, une maison typique en pierre avec ses poutres en bois à l’intérieur et les lézards à l’extérieur. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chaleur donc la piscine mise à disposition nous a bien servis. La propriétaire, bien que mon anglais ne soit pas bon du tout, a été très accueillante, avec des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée, et très souple au niveau des horaires.
