“Great location, friendly staff ”

“We stayed for seven nights. The staff was super friendly, especially Sarah. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was friendly. The bed was more comfortable than 95% of the beds in other hotels. We only had two minor issues. 1. The hot tub was out of order. I think that happened the night we got there. A little disappointing, but not a huge deal. 2. “I laid down to go to sleep and I got poked by something woke up in the morning and let the staff know and they were making it seem like they didn’t know what was going on, and I kept telling him I didn’t find what poked me but something kept poking me. “If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, do not stay here we switched rooms after our second night because our upstairs neighbor where stomping at 3-8am not allowing us to slee. The front desk was accommodating in switch rooms to the third floor. However, the walls are super thin, so you can hear your neighbors.
