“The property is in a central location in the town of Dungog. Next to a supermarket which is handy. I did not realise the bathroom was outside of our accommodation and that there was no running water/sink in our room. It was also very musty and airless. There were no flyscreens to open windows without mosquitos and insects coming in. It was tricky to understand where to enter the property, however the owner helped with this. “The property was really lovely for a couple with a pooch. Small back yard with grass and outdoor furniture and an undercover entertaining area which was perfect for the hot evenings. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the walk to local shops was 15 mins and walk to beach was 2 min. Perfect travel location to other parts of Port Stephens.”
