“Beautiful location right next to the water. The view was magical whether it was foggy, sunrise, high-tide, low-tide, or when the water was still as glass. So many birds to watch and stars to see late at night while sitting around the fire pit. “Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“Weather didn't cooperate much but we enjoyed our time nonetheless. Love this spot for it's proximity to the village of Damariscotta. So convenient and a cute place to stay.”

“We loved our stay at the Guest Cottage! Spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had all we needed for the two of us. Be aware that the shower stall is very small. Kind and timely communication from the owner. The New Harbor/Pemaquid area is a joy to visit. Be sure to have a meal at the Pemaquid Seafood Co-op! We hope to get back again one day.”

“We could not have loved our trip more. The bunkhouse was nice and cozy for our family of four, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. We took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks, grill, and fire pit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my morning tea on the deck listening to the birds. “This was our second stay at this house. It’s clean, modern and centrally located. It was a bit of a timing struggle with 4 adults and one restroom but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again. ”
