“Nice quiet location. However, you cannot walk to nearby shops and restaurants due to the steep hill cabin is on. Also it would be nice if there was a washer/dryer. ”

“Overall a peaceful stay. The home was exactly as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with. The area is quaint and lovely. The only downside was although downtown Helen is within walking distance, that distance includes a heck of an incline that would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Altogether was satisfied though. Would come back. ”

It was so comfortable, porch was fabulous with amazing views, hot tub was great, a fenced in yard for our yorkie, gas grill for dinners together, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, super clean and great communication with rental company. “We have visited Helen several times and tried VRBOs and hotels throughout the city. This is BY FAR our favorite. You can easily walk anywhere on the strip, but it’s very tranquil on the cabin’s street. The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy, and it was stocked with literally everything we could need. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into what their guests might need. Our favorite part was the beautiful back porch. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to family...

“We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th. It was well furnished and clean. It was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was good and well-equipped. The hot tub was great! We had a problem that the grill gas tank was defective, but we worked with the owner to get a replacement. ”

“It is a great cabin and very clean. It had everything you need to stay. Location is very close to Helen. Just a few suggestions: you need some racks in the bedroom closet for hanging clothes, a shelf in the shower and you may want to redirect the AC drain on the back porch. The water could cause algae and be a slip hazard. Overall we will definitely be back! ”
