“This property is located in a beautiful area with an incredible view. Clean, well-appointed and easy to access. If you are interested in this quiet, scenic part of North Carolina this is a great choice. Close to hiking. The Mexican restaurant is a three minute walk and has some of the best Mexican food we yave ever had. We are from western Colorado, so this was an unexpected superlative. We had one minor problem that was immediately addressed by Adam. Highly recommended.”

“The condo was so cozy. I loved sitting out on the porch, watching everyone float down the river. I totally enjoyed my three days and felt very safe traveling solo. Walking distance to just about anything. The host went above and beyond.”

“Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. ”

“This unit is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and had sufficient cookware and supplies. There was delicious coffee and snacks provided. Shawn was easy to reach and communicate with before and during our stay. We had a slight issue with the tv and the hosts offered several suggestions to remediate the matter and made a special trip to bring and set up another tv. KK is always so relaxing and we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“This was our 3rd time staying in Sunset Bay condos and each time has been perfect. Everything we needed and then some. The (grown) kids used the paddle board and kayak and it was super convenient when we rented a pontoon from the ridges. Decor was nice and beds were comfy”

It was also so nice to have the private creek and land to explore all to yourself! The view from the porch is the best thing to see when you wake up and before you go to bed.
