“Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. ”

“The pictures of this property does not do it justice! This condo was pristine. Towels were fresh and smelled good. Dust free, and very spacious! Also, when you look on the map, the beach looks farther away from the property than it really is. Saint Pete Beach is a wide beach, but there’s plenty of places to stop if you’re walking the beach, which we did from our place all the way to Pass-a-Grill! ”

“Great location near the beach. Nice to have access to sunchairs, possibilty to do laundry. Parking outside the property was a big plus. Near to shops and restaurangs. Unfotunately the air condition did not work properly. ”

“Simply paradise! This was our second stay, and we have already started our countdown for next year. Had an issue and messaged maintenance- very responsive and helpful. The room is perfect, the view is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. We love everything about it. Only suggestion I would make is a small inexpensive upright or dust buster would come handy:) We also left 2 new chairs for the next occupants. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. ”

“The condo was perfect! Very clean, well appointed, well furnished, well stocked with supplies, towels (bathroom and beach), etc. Great view, large furnished balcony. Two things (as of 9/1/25):1. A picture shows a Keurig in the kitchen, but there is no Keurig. It’s a drip coffee maker so shop/plan accordingly. 2. The shower heads need to be cleaned. Would definitely stay again!”

“The property and location was FABULOUS!!! It had everything we needed to make our stay AMAZING! We cannot wait to come back and there was an offer for return guests as well as referrals but it was out of business cards which had the necessary contact information so I would love to get that and would also like to know if you own any other properties for the rest of our family to join us? ”
