“Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, our hosts here were the BEST communicators we have ever experienced! They replied quickly, were helpful, even offered an early check-in and late check-out! We asked for two larger beach chairs and they were on our doorstep within hours! The Pelican #5 had two A/C units which made both the bedroom and living area comfortable. Everything was very clean. “Cute, clean little gem of a place, perfect location. Right in the heart of St John’s pass behind the shops, but so quiet you wouldn’t even know it. Nice outdoor seating area in back, right on the water. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like it had everything needed, with nice new renovation. Walk to beach access across the main road, walk to all the shops and marina of John’s Pass, while everyone else fights over the pay parking spaces. Towels and beach chairs provided. Assigned...
