“Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...

“You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking ”

“The place is spacious for 4 of us. The service from the owner is the first class; very helpful, quick, and friendly. ”

“This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. There were lots of boardgames in the house, modern TVs with Sky and a space invaders machine. We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a few snags, hence only 4...

"Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep all night, because of the itchy bed. Same problem for stepmom in room number two the same night. Neighbour parking is a scam, stayed there 5 minutes and got a fine. No warning from the hotel. The standards is very old and worn down. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I was only met by arrogance when addressing the issues. If I could give a review with minus score I would."

"Hör får man mycket hotell för pengarna. Vi bodde på nionde våningen med utsikt över stan. Rummet var rent och fint. Något hårda sängar. Jättetrevlig personal. Frukosten är ett sorgebarn. Att kalla den kontinental är en klar överdrift. Nu ingick våran frukost i priset, men betala över åtta pund för den är ett rån."

"Rymligt rum och bekväm säng, välstädat och rent samt tyst. Superbra centralt läge med nära till tågstationen och centrum. Vattentrycket i duschen var inte det bästa, och det saknades källsortering för soptunnorna i rummet. Badrumslampan hade motion sensor och gick inte att kontrollera själv vilket var lite jobbigt då den tog ett tag att släckas. "
