“Overall we enjoyed our stay and the free breakfast each day was really good! The one downside was that things were a little run down....2 elevators were not working, the couch in the living room area of this rental was pretty bare bones (the cushios were flat from us use) and the bathroom had some small areas of damage.”

“We didn’t plan to use the pool but I think it was closed some during our stay. King suite was fine except bed and pillows tooo soft for me and bedroom TV remote didn’t work well (maybe needs new batteries) - sofa in living area a little worn and uncomfortable for sitting too long. Not as close to downtown as we had hoped for walking but their free gated parking lot is great.”

“We had a great stay. The place was super cute, comfortable and convenient to so many great things downtown Chattanooga has to offer. My mom, my daughter and I were here to see Mamma Mia at The Tivoli Theater which we could see from our room. So close and convenient. We walked to Old Gilman Grill for dinner. Easy to walk to and such great food. Lizzette was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She was so helpful. This place had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t expect like...

“We arrived late. Directions were clear to retrieve keys, parking was available, and no issues getting inside. A bit noisy, perfect for overnight stay. ”

“This place was great! The host was cordial and timely in response. The location was great for our needs and was a delightful place. My only criticism is that the bar directly below was loud, so loud I could hear conversations, and a brawl that broke out before things settled around 2. If you are not a night owl I wouldn’t stay here. ”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The location was very central to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops that were minutes from the house. It’s right by the train tracks and our kids LOVED that. The only issue we encountered was the location of the kids bedroom. It’s the bedroom closest to the front door and the other bedrooms are two floors above. Our kids were too young so I wasn’t comfortable with them sleeping in that room. The house is also...
