You will have access to the whole side of the house! This huge house is actually a duplex, with the other side also serving as a vacation rental. Both sides share a garage and driveway, with each side getting one garage spot and two driveway spots. If you need an extra car spot, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street.

I am available at all times on my cell phone and would be happy to help with anything you might need throughout your stay

You will be staying in the historic Magnolia-Wade Park neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the activities that University Circle has to offer - restaurants, bars, world-class museums, the orchestra… you are also only a few minutes drive to downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $250.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)!

Five light bulbs missing across living and dining areas. Refrigerator not clean inside or outside. Dirty dishes in cupboards. Unemptied garbage can in primary suite closet (with dirty diaper and other trash). Dead flowers in vase on mantel in living room. No extra garbage bags supplied. Shower gel pumps not refilled in showers. No hand soap in master bath provided. Garage opener code not supplied until third day of stay. Bucket containing unidentified liquid and selection of mops left in stairwell to basement level. Unit smelled of smoke upon arrival and smell of pot smoke detected coming from outside unit. Bath mats not provided in second floor bathrooms. Water stains on ceiling in kitchen.

The house itself was nice, but the beauty of the kitchen was ruined when the kitchen ceiling started leaking on our first morning there. We were hosting a family dinner later that day, so this was very inconvenient to have to work around setting out food with an unpleasant/unsightly water drip in the middle of the kitchen. The owner advised us to setup a big bowl to catch the water since he said they could not address the leak until after we were gone since they would need to cut open the wall. He confirmed that the problem previously existed and they thought they had resolved it. The kitchen sink disposal was also non-functional which caused a backup in one of the sinks.The thing that detracted most from our stay was the location itself. Although close to Cleveland Clinic and CWRU, etc, the house is on a busy, noisy intersection, so we were bothered each night, all night, by loud talking and loud music blaring from passing cars or cars stopped at the stop light which is in front of the house. Did not get much sleep.The house itself was very nice, but I would not stay there again because of the reasons stated.

Cleveland Visit

The property is very clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive when I needed to extend our check out time by an hour due to a medical emergency. The location was incredibly convenient to the oval area and was walking distance for visits to an extended family member's residence.

Great Stay and easy location

Bueatiful home in great location. Super close to Clinic and other hospitals. Plenty of nearby restaurant and grocery options - you'll want a car. Very short drive/uber to downturn - more restaurant and entertainment. House is super cozy. Beds and bedding are yummy. Host is very responsive as needed. I would stay here again, in fact we trued to extend our stay but it was already booked :)

Cleveland Clinic Visit

The property was amazing. Overall, the home was well furnished, cozy, and in a great location. For me, it was about 1.5 miles to the Cleveland Clinic. Close to the Fairfax Market. Under 4 miles to Cleveland Heights, where there were great eating spots. The property management team was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

Perfect University Circle location

Great house, excellent location for all University Circle activities-easy walk to museums, Case campus, etc. Ideal for a family get together in Cleveland. We will definitely book again.
