“How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

“This is a. Older home with updates. The kitchrn Is an awesome remodel. Only has a large couch which was Comfortable the rest of furniture are wood chairs. The bed was too soft for us. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a carport to park in and 2 comfy chairs on front porch. Large TV also...

Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space, etc. even had garage space to park in. Ton of room in the house. Great views and access to brevard. We will definitely be back to rent this place.”

“The house is located in a dangerous neighborhood surrounded by homeless shelters (Sharing House, The Haven, the food pantry) and this is not part of the house location description. There was noise, indigent people laying on the sidewalks, and standing in groups, and public drinking in groups outside within 50 feet of the house at all hours. It is totally unsafe. “We booked this home for a wedding we were attending. We needed a larger pet friendly home. It was all that we hoped it would be and more. We loved all the bedrooms for our guest. The hot tub was a hit. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, etc. A beautiful view of the mountains from the table on the deck where we ate breakfast each morning. “This is a great property, especially if you want to be close to the downtown area and the Swamp Rabbit Trail! The home has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (and then some). It's very clean and nicely decorated. Communication and check-in/check-out process was easy. Highly recommend.”
