“The property has a lot of potential! It seem like the owner has put some work and $$ into the place. But the cabin requires much more work and a lot of creativity. It was apparent that the property inside and outside had not been well kept. Layers of dust were on the surfaces, 2 out three curtains in the living room were hung backwards and nearly ready to fall of the wall. The kitchen counter was gritty, the bay window in the kitchen was filled with dead inscects, but the refridgerator was new...

“The prior low reviews aren't very relevant, but here's my 2 cents. The house is actually very superb for the price. The parking spot sucks for a Diesel Excursion, but I made it work. The beds are semi-comfortable and sleep 6. However, the seating is only for 2-3 adults. There was also one cockroach that we found, but we're near the water, that's to be expected. I liked that I didn't have to spend extra money on pet fees and that it's not too far from I-45.”

“Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The openness and how large is the living room is one of the greatest feature of the house. Each bedroom was large enough to accommodate us. We have stayed there because my daughter was getting married in Houston.
