“Everything is good great breakfast. One thing for management they use strong scent in the room which was difficult for me since I more sensible to scent smell it was hard for me to breathe until it’s adjust to my body. Since I was check in late night I didn’t have enough time to leave the window open to get read of the smell I would recommend Management to use less scent in rooms. ”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Property was clean and breakfast was yummy. Complaints were the window did not properly fit so it was open a bit. Also the noise from kids running up and down the hallways and the ice maker was broken so we had to go to the first floor to get ice each time. We were there 4 days and no one cleaned our room. It didn’t need it but they could’ve changed our towels and sheets. ”
