Cozy Casita with Nearby Lake Whiney Access

New construction 320 sq ft tiny house in quiet community with lake access from community boat launch or from Walling Bend Park, just 5 minutes away. House includes fully stocked kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, multi-function microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.

We loved our stay! We could have used a toaster and the wifi was not reliable or strong. The bed was quite comfortable! The AC was great and we appreciated the extra blanket to use on the couch. The bottle of Prosecco (one of my favorites!) was an unexpected surprise.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived—the temperature inside was perfect. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided for our stay. Cozy casita has become our favorite getaway experience by far. From the cold water, snack bar to the dishes provided for cooking. This property has it all!! We appreciate that the AC was on when we arrived and how clean the entire casita felt. We are already looking into booking our next stay to enjoy the lake view as we came for a wedding nearby and missed out on a potential fishing spot. Lovely property and can not go wrong with Cozy Casita.

Fishing trip highlight

Beautiful Casita

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and we were thoroughly impressed with the place. Everything was very modern including the design, kitchenware, and appliances. We made delicious Jalapeño poppers that we prepped in the kitchen and cooked on the grill on the porch and they turned out great! We definitely recommend this for anyone who wants quick access to lake Whitney and a nice clean place to stay!

Great spot

Great spot to stay. Owners super cool. Private boat ramp access. Fair warning its steeper than normal depending on what your use to but is totally usable. House is extremely cozy and perfect for what we needed. 20 minute drive to good food if you dont feel like cooking. Everything needed for a weekend on the lake.
