  • New construction 320 sq ft tiny house in quiet community with lake access from community boat launch or from Walling Bend Park, just 5 minutes away. House includes fully stocked kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, multi-function microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.

The place was very clean, smelled great, the AC was excellent and the bed was very comfy! Well stocked with towels, pillows, and the kitchen had every utensil or dish needed to make meals and serve. Property was calm and quiet. The deer all around was a bonus. There was plenty of parking space for our truck and boat.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway so much! The Casita was clean and comfy an had everything you could possibly need! Our Host was very nice and quick in welcoming us when we arrived.We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful view and a great experience!

The hosts for this casita were so friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The casita was comfy, so clean and had everything one could possibly need. The water bottles and snacks were a nice surprise.

The only thing I would change is having a curtain on the kitchen window and better curtains in general. I like privacy so I didn't enjoy having a window I couldnt block and when I'm on a trip I like to sleep in which requires darkness. Otherwise this place was clean, well appointed, comfortable and perfect for my needs. I would 100% return. The host was also gracious, accommodating, good at communication and non-invasive l. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet place

I really enjoyed this stay for the fact it was very quiet & near a lake yet not too far from restaurants/stores. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We loved our stay! We could have used a toaster and the wifi was not reliable or strong. The bed was quite comfortable! The AC was great and we appreciated the extra blanket to use on the couch. The bottle of Prosecco (one of my favorites!) was an unexpected surprise.

Perfect size for 4 people. The bed if very soft and comfortable, the futon couch was thick but more on the firm side. Definitely was stocked with essentials, including shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Nice bonus touch to have cold waters in the fridge and snacks for the taking. The mini split kept the inside cool, but at night my crew likes to sleep at about 68 degrees and it felt like it never got below 75-73. The photos are accurate, only disclaimer is the cottage sits approximately 20 yards from owners residence (assuming it’s the owners) so the back patio/fire pit face their front door. Sugar aunts did appear over night around the bathroom sink- they are harmless though and part of the experience. There is a nice area with public boat ramp about a 5 mile drive up the road that was a great location to get on the lake. It was a good weekend stay for us.
