We've been all over Texas the last 15 years and this place was top notch.Pool and party garage were a hit. “The house was perfect for getting away a few days with family for a birthday celebration! Plenty of areas inside and outside to spend time with family and friends or spend a little time relaxing on your own. ”

“This was our 4th time at Firefly Cottage and we love it still as much as our first visit. We didn't get to fish this time due to the wind, but that didn't stop our fun with games, lake and socializing. The sunsets are stunning and beautiful to take pictures during that time. Would definitely recommend this cottage and I'm sure we'll be back again. ”

“This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!”

“This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”

“Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. The 8 of us slept comfortably . We really enjoyed our first evening out on the coverd patio complete with firepit! Overall a beautifully ...

Don't sleep here when the backyard has a live perf

"Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday."
