Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.”

“Upon arrival the home was not clean. Furniture, walls, and carpet were disgusting. Home had a bad smell. Oven had food in it which smoked out the home when we used it to cook. Two dining room chairs were missing hardware. The seats were placed on top without screws and my 5 year old fell off when he sat on one. Curtain rod fell off the wall as well. Host was not helpful and just attempted to deflect issues. Vrbo got a us a new place to stay the following day but the host refused to refund the...

“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”
