“The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. ”

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”

“First of all the we were looking forward to a relaxing swim after a long drive & found the pool was closed for maintenance but there were folded towels in the chairs. We were there for 3 days & didn't see anyone working on it. We were on 4th floor & had to go to first floor to get ice because the machine on 4th & 3rd floor were out of order. Had notes on the machines to go to first floor. Parking area in the back & at the end of the building lacked lighting, very dark Buffet was good. Enjoyed...
