This spacious holiday home is located just metres from the ocean side and looks out directly into Port Phillip Bay. The Clifton Springs Golf Club and Clifton Springs Boat Ramp is just a 5 minute drive from the property.

The property is also a short drive to popular wineries such as Jack Rabbit, Terrindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill and Bellarine Estate among others.

This home has plenty of room for big groups with a picturesque ocean view throughout the living areas of the home. The property includes two separate lounge areas, a well equipped kitchen with complimentary refreshments, dining area, three full bathrooms and laundry with washer/dryer. The home also boasts essential holiday amenities like a wood fired oven & grill and recreational room with a table tennis table.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):

*Note* As of June 2025 the hot tub area on site will not be available to guests. All listing information has been adjusted to reflect that there are no hot tub facilities available and we will not grant any compensation for any missed expectation regarding this facility.
