“The house was in disrepair when we arrived. There were door handles missing, furniture broken, mold and mildew in the air conditioners. When we entered the door on the first night, the screen was not there and the door frame was coming off the door. The railing going up to the living area from the entry door was loose. My husband was walking down the stairs and when he was close to the bottom, he reached onto the stair baluster and it came off (because it was not attached) and it caused him...
