The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The hotel is well located to walk to restaurants or bars. Nice scene drive from Kinsale. It’s not upscale, but it is very comfortable and cozy.

The hotel is warm and very comfortable, right in the centre of town with plenty parking. The rates are very very good and the Continental breakfast is a perfect start to the day. I will return, hopefully.

The property could use an update. Hairdryer was very old and the tube connection had to be taped to prevent the hot air from escaping. Very few tv channels available.

The hotel is centrally located. There is no private parking, but loads of free street parking. There is a nice complimentary continental breakfast. Staff are very polite and professional. However, the hotel is in poor enough condition and would benefit from a full deep clean and refurbishment. It has great potential, but its actual condition makes it overpriced.

A great no-frills place for a few nights in this brilliant town. We stayed one night to visit the magical De Barra's and ate an Egyptian meal at a small place nearby. All good -- will stay here again

However, the hotel is in poor enough condition and would benefit from a full deep clean and refurbishment. I would also suggest upgrading the mattresses as they are fairly worn out. The location of this hotel is excellent. Beyond that, I wouldn't waste your money. The property is so shabby from top to toe. The bedrooms are beyond basic, only one towel for two people. Incredibly overpriced.
