“Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. ”

“This is a beautiful property out in the country surrounded by green hills, the ocean in the distance and many cows grazing in the fields. I find grazing cattle to add to the feing ofp1eace and contentment. The house itself is beautiful with lots of room for five people, (enough beds, two sitting rooms so two TV's, a well equiped kitchen, three bathrooms) plus a lo ely yard with outdoor seating. Would go back in a heartbeat. ”

“Lovely historic farmhouse but still updated with all the modern amenities you'd want. The kitchen in particular is in excellent condition and well stocked. Appreciated that there was even breakfast options like cereals out. It is likely obvious, but should be noted it is not walkable to anything and you must have a car to get to a grocery store, restaurant, town, etc. The hosts brought us fresh baked bread, butter and jam one morning, and it is the BEST bread I've ever had in my entire life. “There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot.”

“The view was amazing!!!! The house was very well stocked. It had everything we needed except wash clothes, but that might be an American thing. I was washing clothes and did not realize it takes a longer cycle than American washing machines. I contacted Angela and she was there within 5 minutes. She explained how it worked and we were good to go. Angela is a delightful person. It is a bit difficult to locate, but well worth the effort. Thank you, Marilyn ”
