âThis property impressed us even before we walked in the door. We were warmly greeted throughout our stay by the bellmen out front. Their attention also added an extra sense of safety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were equally courteous and friendly. We loved the location. Easy walk to restaurants, the river, public transportation and Magnificent Mile. I would absolutely stay here again.â

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

The room is like all other chain hotel, itÂŽs like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.
The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways.
The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"
