âNice hotel with good location. A bit worn down but I heard from hotel staff that remodeling will start in summer 2023. Friendly staff. The âamenity feeâ charged on top of everything else feels like something of a scam, though.â

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

The room is like all other chain hotel, itÂŽs like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.
The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways.
The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"
