“Cloudcroft is stunning. I had never been before and could not have had a better experience. The Lodge had thr nicest staff and we're extremely welcoming and high energy. We were always greeted with a hello and a smile. The property is stunning and thr rooms were clean and unique. I will be booking a longer vacation in the future with the Lodge as our hotel of choice.”

“The hotel itself was excellent!! Very clean and a very cozy cabin feel. But as a Lifetime Diamond Hilton member, I find the staff not as friendly as how the cabin would make you feel. Breakfast was subpar. It says it opens at 07, and finally opened at 0710. The kitchen help was taking his good old time opening and getting things ready. And nothing written that says that you place your order for breakfast. Really? We sat there waiting for like a buffet style. Also, they allow their guests to go...
