“Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. “The setting of this BnB is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was perfect nothing fancy just exactly what you need, we specifically enjoyed the homemade rhubarb compote! The room was part of a converted barn and really cosy. The host was lovely. ”

“Stephen was a wonderful host showing us our room on arrival and explaining arrangements there. Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day. Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside. A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying...

“On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic. It was a busy evening as there was a party but it didn’t impact on our evening. The service was excellent and staff were attentive and accommodating but not overbearing. The next morning we...
