"Sand Castle är en idealisk miljö för din nästa strandresa. Denna nyligen renoverade oceanfront hem har en mur av oceanfront fönster som visar den vackra Oregon Coast och den avskilda stranden i Tierra Del Mar. Detta familjeägda lyxiga hem har WIFI, ett gourmetkök, en dusch med flera kanaler och en master-svit med en king size-säng.
Layout - 2 nivå hem. Första nivå posten har den, badrum, sovrum med queen size-säng, sovrum med dubbla / dubbla våningssängar och tvilling / dubbla bunkar och havet uteplats. På övervåningen har havet storrum med vardagsrum, matsal, kök och 1/2 bad. Oceanfront däck. Sovrum med king size-säng och badrum.

Byn Tierra Del Mar är ett litet samhälle av traditionella stranden hem 3 miles norr om Pacific City längs tre Capes Scenic Route. Det finns flera tysta körfält kantade med både historiska stugor och större strand hem som alla leder till direkt tillgång till stranden. Alla bostäder i Tierra Del Mar är en snabb och lätt promenad till stranden. Stranden här är tyst och långa strandkompisar kan gå i timmar längs denna långa sträcka som är relativt oupptäckt. Det är en bra plats för beachcombers som ofta hitta agates och japanska glasflottor. Sandlake Dunes rekreationsområde ligger 4 miles norr.

location location location

If you want a place for peaceful strolls on the beach, a great deck for sunset, cozy fire for damp days this is the spot. The ground floor could use some refreshing, replace/supply beach chairs, and provide updated clarified house instructions.

Hidden Gem

Easy check-in after hours! The view of the ocean from the house is amazing! It was just the two of us, but there's lots of room to roam in the house. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were ultra-comfy, and I wanted to take the modular sofa home with us; it was so nice to watch the waves from the house. The cable TV was a little tricky to activate until I figured out that opening the TV cabinet doors allowed the signal to reach the remote. We would love to bring our grandkids with us next time, because there's plenty of beds downstairs and it's an easy, short walk to the beach!

Great rental property but poor management company

Only issue was we notified property management of a down spout that had rusted out and was blowing in to the side of the house by the master bedroom and they did nothing to correct this problem in the next 24 hours, so was very hard to sleep with the banging noise! All they had to do is use a later to take it off! They were unwilling to give us any compensation for this inconvenience 😬

Beautiful location

The house is lovely and location is perfect. Our family (2 adults, 2 children ages 4-6) thoroughly enjoyed having the beach to ourselves the vast majority of the time, and we used the fire pit most nights for magical autumn fires. Clean, warm, ample kitchen supplies. Cute touches like puzzles, books, huge stuffed animals for kids on the bunk beds. The only negatives, and they are so minor, were the hand soaps were watered down and the gas grill didn't light. All in all, a fantastic experience and we'd rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great location with amazing view

Our family loved the view of the ocean on the main floor living space. The beach was right out the door with a view of haystack rock from the dining area. Beds were comfortable. The house was well equipped with lots of space. Pacific City was close but services were a bit limited. There was a great walking trail in the nature area just a short drive north. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a laid back beach stay.

Location

We have a wonderful time at this location. The furniture needs updating or cleaned. Area rugs need cleaning and dining chairs are dirty and broken. The savings grace for this house is a fantastic location with giant windows

Perfect stay on Oregon Coast

The rental was perfect for 2-9 people. Lots of space, right on the beach, and very close to Pacific City. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

May getaway

Was so nice to have a quick getaway where we had all we needed....clean, spacious home with a well set up kitchen! The view was spectacular! My family of 6 had a great time whether on the beach or hiking or just sitting in the living room with the sliders open, listening to the waves! Thank you!

The pictures are spot on!

You really ARE this close to the water! You views really ARE more beautiful then the pictures depict! AMAZING! The area is so nice a peaceful. Pacific City, just down the road is fun w/ lots of dining options. Beds were great, the master especially. The Kitchen and living room space are spectacular. I So wish that I lived here full time.

Beautiful house along the beach

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen is very modern, fun to cook in. The beds were really comfortable. The campfire pit was also good to make s’mores and just hang out. Would definitely come back! Cons: I wished they told could’ve told us the BBQ grill is actually a propane grill, not charcoal. Theres no reception in the house and the WiFi was really slow.
