“What a great little house. It is super cute and beachy. It’s a really short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean from bed which is nice. Speaking of which, the bed is really comfy and you can open the doors onto the patio to enjoy the cool evening air in the summer. ”

“The property was just over the dunes from the beach…exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect space for the 3 of us. If we were going to Rockaway Beach again, I would try to rent this same property.”

“Saltine Studio had everything we needed after a long day driving and a place to rest for early am departure. Washer/dryer was an added benefit after days on the road. Helpful and quick communication from owner. Convenient parking close to door for unpacking car. Would stay again. ”

“The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and...

“Amazing spot for people who like to explore and just need a cozy spot to rest at night! Only two minor things that could be done to make this spot perfect! Needs a couch for two and the bed in the front room really needs to be replaced. Other than that this place was perfect for us.”
