  • Welcome to the M3 Ranch, a working cattle ranch with a gorgeous newly renovated cottage, the perfect place for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail sitting on the front porch listening to and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Pigeon River and Smoky Mountains. Take a short stroll down to your private river access. In the evening enjoy the fire-pit, make s’mores, or dinner on the charcoal grill.

    Activities abound year-round, hiking, fishing, tubing & rafting in spring, summer and autumn with snow skiing in the winter. If you are looking for outings, Asheville, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Bryson City and Cherokee are just a short drive.

    All the rooms in the private cottage have mountain views. The newly completed top-to-bottom renovation includes gas fireplace, luxurious bathroom with dual shower heads & jetted soaking tub. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and ample closet. The additional room has a futon, dressing table and wardrobe rack. All new appliances in the spacious kitchen and open dining room. We offer free wi-fi, washer & dryer, Roku live television, AC & heat.

We had a great stay watching the cows and river the morning. The cottage had great amenities and appliances and wonderful hosts. Would recommend to any friends and family.

The cabin and all of its surroundings were just perfect. It was spotless and so comfortable. So many thoughtful touches. We had such a wonderful trip. Molly was such a wonderful host from prior to check-in all the way through our stay. We definitely will be back. I highly recommend this property.

The cottage was great. Very spacious and the location was easy to get to. The river was beautiful and the fireflies in the evening were enchanting. Highly recommend for a great getaway!!

Our stay at the cottage was amazing with a few things standing out. The cleanliness was outstanding, the shower and tub was wonderful, and the sounds of the beautiful river across the street put us to sleep every night. The property was conveniently located to the neighboring town of Waynesville and a short drive to Maggie and Cherokee. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

Molly was such a great host! She helped plan a surprise for my mother, and also had some goodies for us when we arrived. The cottage was impeccable and beautifully decorated. It had a warm cozy feel to it. It was nice sitting on the porch listening to the creek.I would definitely recommend this cottage!!

Hands down the best place my wife and I have stayed. Couldn’t really find anything negative to say or even any constructive criticism. The host was very polite, she had even left us an arrival gift when we checked in; the bed had fresh sheets, plenty of fresh towels, they even supplied soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the AMAZING shower. Listening to the river was great as well. 10/10 would stay here again

Had a wonderful trip! The place was clean and we were even welcomed with a treat for my fiancés 30th birthday! Loved the views - fun seeing so many cows in the river! We definitely want to come back here in the future. Would recommend to anyone

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as our trip last June. Molly is the sweetest and even bought our dog a new toy (the same one which we accidentally forgot there last year.) This is one of those places I want to rave about, but selfishly don’t want people to know about so it’ll be open when we want to use it! Thanks for everything, again, Molly!

From start to finish, the experience was pure bliss. The views were spectacular and pictures do not do it justice. The location and accommodations were amazing. The cottage was comfortable, super clean and had great amenities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. We were welcomed with a bottles of wine and cookies, dog biscuits and hand warmers. How very thoughtful!!!! The house was clean and these city folk loved seeing the cows everyday. Molly was a phenomenal host. Don’t hesitant to stay here! We will be back!
