“Exactly what we wanted, a place with a great view and a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely awd required and recommend some extra ground clearance. Our awd VW made the climb no problem but at the bottom of the drive when you start the serious climb my wife would spot to make sure we didn’t drag the front or get high centered. 440’ of climb in .5 miles, we enjoyed walking every day seeing deer and rabbits and raccoon. We even saw a black bear on the gravel road in the valley. ”

“We had a wonderful experience here. Although we never met the hosts, we felt their hospitality met us at the door with a warm welcoming of cookies in the greeting basket! “We enjoyed our stay, the place was extremely close to the shops and amenities downtown maggie valley and about a 15-20 min drive to Cherokee. The host was very quick at responding and was accommodating, they allowed us to check in a little bit early so we could unload the motorcycles to ride. We would definitely stay here again in the future ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Cozy Couples Cabin at Twin Brook in Maggie Valley in June, 2025. The temperature at the cabin was 10 degrees cooler than in town. There were rockers on the front and back porch; also a firepit and stream in the backyard. The host was very accommodating and we definitely recommend Cozy Cabin,”

“First off, this cabin was spotless and very comfortable. Second, two driveways and an easy drive in from the main road make this cabin easy to access. I stayed here with a heavy duty truck, 16’ tandem axel trailer and 1 motorcycle and had no issues with parking the truck/trailer and motorcycle. The driveways could accommodate a longer trailer if needed with no issues. 10/10 would stay here again and make the trip back from Florida. Only thing I would change would be the addition of a dishwasher....
