“The room was somewhat clean, but the coffee pot was dirty. There were no batteries in the safe. The only furniture in the room was a bed. We asked for a suitcase stand, and one was provided. We said the room was very cold, but the temperature control was locked. Someone from the desk arrived with a key to open the thermostat to change the temperature, asking what temperature we wanted, then locked it again. “We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”
