“Cute house with the private backyard. Everything looked clean. Shower was amazing - super clean and big. Hot tub very relaxing especially in the evening before bed. Owner was super friendly - he did a walk through during check inn. Left free snacks for us in the living room. We also got a discount from him for the bar and grill by the lake. And 1 hour of free kayaking , which we used. We had an amazing time - I highly recommend!”

“Check-in was a breeze. The information sent ahead of time was accurate and made it easy to get into the house without any trouble. Lucinda thought of everything you might need while being on vacation(toiletries, spices, ziplock bags, Keurig cups, etc) and it felt like a home away from home with great Wi-Fi access. “We used this location as home base to visit several national parks as well as Forestiere Underground Gardens and some wineries. The house was very clean. There were enough dishes and silverware to serve all the beds times two. The beds were comfy without being too soft. Freezer kept ice cream and made sufficient ice. ”

“In our opinion, this property is Perfect!! Immaculately clean, uncluttered, great ambiance, super amenities (pool, game room, outdoor space) and the kindest and most responsive host. Beth was wonderful, the home was wonderful. Good Proximity to Yosemite (under an hour) and close to 2 great towns (Mariposa & Oakhurst) for dining options and shopping. We loved it here.
