“This was the base of our Half Dome hiking trip from the Panorama trail to the valley floor. The cabin was pretty clean with a well appointment kitchen, internet, and bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower for two full baths which worked well for our group of 6. However, we had to buy handsoap for the kitchen and baths, the little disk soap was too small for handwashing and the kitchen only had dish soap. “We spent 2 days at the cabin. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used it for breakfast. The beds in the bunkbed room were uncomfortable for older people but I’m sure children wouldn’t mind.”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 3 (couple with college-age son). The cabin was so clean and well organized. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. We especially loved the wrap around deck and the grill. We did most of our meals out there. Our son was very comfortable on the futon bed. The main bedroom is small, it was a bit hard to get in and out of the bed, but that is the only complaint. We loved being away from the crowds in the valley and having peace and quiet. We would...

“We were on a 15 day road trip with 5 adult family members and this was our Yosemite leg. The home was very nice and I would visit again, but there are a few things visitors should know. The “sofa bed” is a very hard futon that did not sleep well. If you have a young child this may work, but definitely not for an adult. The shower door in the primary bathroom does not seal And if you are not careful you will flood the bathroom and the floor becomes very slippery. All in all we enjoyed our stay!”

“Perfect getaway for small family. Close to mariposa/Yosemite, could see the snow from the mountains when we used the hot tub, and the home was spacious and accommodating for myself, spouse, 2 kids and small dog. It was clean and the owners are responsive. The place was clean and the wood stove was pretty and kept us quite warm. This was my second time going and I would go again.”

“The pictures definitely do not do this place justice. So wonderfully decorated for the holidays with tons of lights and bears and cute decorations and details everywhere. The home had all the necessities and was very clean and spacious. “Super cozy, quaint, affordable, and nostalgic cottage for my adult family of 5 for my bucket list trip to Yosemite. Cottage was clean w/ a really nice partially covered composite deck with a beautiful of the creek and woods. Even had a gas grill and really nice fireplace too. The property management staff was super friendly and accommodating allowing me to use their laundry facility for free. All of this helped to make a really fulfilling & memorable trip for us... thank you!”

“Very quiet and peaceful, the cabins were spacious and came with just about everything. Do wish the top bunk bed was a little lower. We showed up about 4:45pm Friday night with no staff there. Took us a little while to find our cabin”

“While the cabin is a lovely place, we have an elderly family member and a blind family member, the path from the driveway into the house is very muddy right now making it uneven, and the walkway is cracked and uneven leading up to the stairs. So while this house was a nice place to stay, it is not recommended if anyone in your party requires ADA accessibility.”

“Before you book look at the pictures this is exactpy what the home looks like. Eclectic, roomy, clean , andna home full of collectibles. It may not be everyones taste but we enjoyed it. The location is great and the scenery cant be bougjt. Communication was great, internet probelms but that is more an issue with the area we had wifi problems other places in the park it just goes down periodically. Our family will definetly be back again some day.”
