“Unit is in a moderately sized condo development. This particular until is only 100 years from one of the pools, hot tub, and clubhouse. It's also only a 5 minute walk to The Spa at Norwich Inn. In addition to the spa, there's also a bar and a nice restaurant. You can spend several days in this location and never even have to get in the car. The communication with the owner is right on point. Emails and text messages are properly timed to where you are in the process of arriving and leaving....

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

“Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.”

“Cute place very close to Judith Point lighthouse. Host was very helpful, sent regular emails to ensure smooth check in/out. If it’s your first trip to the area - beach access nearby is rocky, more for surfing, not beach sitting. No access to lighthouse (it’s on a secure location) but has a grassy overlook with benches.”
