“This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh.”

“Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet. Amazing views of the stars at night only added to the experience. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. “If we could give this rental and host more stars, we would! The host Jamie, was so sweet. She was very understanding and compassionate with all our flight changes, and answer all my questions promptly. But the house…This historic house was sooo beautiful, my family and I loved it! The pictures listed on the site don’t do it enough justice. The house has a rustic modern feel to it with the appliances and furnishings, but you still see and feel the history of the home! My family can’t wait to rent...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking process was simple. Michelle is quick at responding and excellent customer service skills. The house was clean, super close to everything, and pet friendly. They even had a kennel in a closet in case we needed it. My kids loved the Tik Tac Toe game on the wall, too. I accidently left an item at the property and Michelle even made sure it got back to me. Such a cute home. I definitely recommend! ”

When I asked a question or had a request the host was prompt, nice, and easy to talk to. Even the NOs was communicated in a way that made the experience of my first time in an Arbnb so far my best! “My husband, my 9 year old son, and me all had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is fairly renovated, was very clean, and everything was easy to operate. "At first it was overbooked and we might not get a room but eventually we got one. When we finally got it it turned out that the sheet was dirty and not changed(maybe pee on it) and no pillow cases, after notifying the desk it was fixed fast but have no idea why there was kids, maybe husband and other in our room while they fixed it. There seems to be drugs around but I am not sure. "
