“At 4am the tenant from the connected house(which we didn't know about) was blaring on her hornin the road out front yelling to move out vehicles. She threatened to tow our vehicles and block us in. The night before, I tried to contact the host to find out where we were supposed to park. And he never got back to us. There was hair on the wall and the bathroom and one of the coffee cups and drinking glass had grime and coffee all over it. The blanket that was draped over the back of the couch...

“AC was not working. Took a while to get one brought in. Owner was nice but just time we were there the furnace was broken. I like the house and the location but it needs some work. The outside is dirty, the outside trash cans were overflowing. The shower head was not very good. There's no hair dryer. Maybe I'm too picky but....”

“Good seeing you. Had a good time with my cousin. I'll be back next year, staying next door with the balcony. The kitchen could use a big bowl for big food like a salad. Thanks. ”

“We had a wonderful one-night stay at this waterfront home. The location is unbeatable: right on the lake with mountain views and a private dock, and it made a perfect home base for a show at Cache Creek Winery. The host was excellent, quick to respond with clear check-in instructions, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Comfortable beds, everything we needed for the weekend, and easy to find. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Clear Lake.”

“The pros are that the lake house is pretty much as described. It was lovely to hear the waves crashing against the wall. It was really neat to see the deer come down the hill. The cons are that the adult kayaks were not here, the lake is so consumed with algae we weren’t able to go into the lake. The grills were so dirty that we were not able to use them. It was a lovely day however I feel like we overpaid for the experience. The host was kind and responsive.”

“2nd Flr Bedroom no TV / Out cactus cut visitor when passing by after backing in to the drive way / Roach in masterbed bathroom / Vaccumcleaner when used smelled like something died inside / there is a large wasp right side of the house we had to buy wasp deterrent for the weekend We loved the family room/ the outside patio and lights and the kitchen”
