“Lady at the hotel tried to switch my room, deleted my reservation. Got no room no refund after driving for 3 days has to sleep in a car with 2 kids . Ruined mother's Day completely. Whole trip has turned into a nightmare. No help from Expedia ”

“When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. ”
