“It was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It was a nice location, and the price was great. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes more than we thought, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was quick to communicate, and gave us all the information we needed. We would stay there again.”

“My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular...

“went with little bro and sis for my birthday trip and it was lovely. The location is really nice it’s so convenient that there’s a grocery store super close by, a subway and other shops. The beach is a super quick walk and the neighborhood is culturally rich and vibrant. As far as the place the only lack of cleanliness was mold in the fridge water dispenser area & several discolorations and stains on the bed sheets. “Our stay in the condo was great! The place was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the amenities we needed. The location was a convenient walk to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the pools. We had a little trouble with one showers, but the property management company addressed and corrected the issue promptly. Having the extra fans in the bedrooms helped, as the airflow from the air conditioner didn't cover those rooms very well. ”

“It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat.
