Family retreat with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, game room. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a pull out sofa in living room. Relaxing, peaceful neighborhood. Cocoa Beach is a beautiful area with a great beach and many activities for all ages.

Our host was absolutely wonderful! Answered quickly every time. Very welcoming. House was wonderful! We rented for a peaceful week of rest and that is what we got!! House was very clean well kept! Pool was perfect! Host even turned heat up for the pool water since weather was a little chilly! Would recommend this house to anyone!! And we will totally be returning!!!

We enjoyed staying at the house was very clean and convenient to access local places by walking. The pool was cold but them temps outside were cooler. Overall experience was Good!

The host was responsive to all questions and requests in a timely manner. The location of this home was very convenient to all the areas we visited. The pool was nice but only used by the teenagers on our last night. They preferred the beach. The Kitchen was adequate but some of the items needed to be rewashed and the Freezer/Refrigerator needed surface cleaning. Would have liked to have had more wine glassed (Only 3 available). Plenty of plates and silverware. Only one of the two arcade games worked. Very quiet neighborhood.

House was beautiful and clean - ended up having two bedrooms with kings and a twin/full bunk bed in the third bedroom which worked well for us. Kids loved the arcade games, everyone loved the pool. Great location - highly recommend!

Overall great stay at this property! We love the vicinity to some of our favorite restaurants like Coconut's on the Beach, Jazzy’s, Alibi and Fat Donkey. Quick and easy walk to the beach, or Kayak rentals at The Riverfront. House was clean, and had everything we needed including Bikes, and some beach equipment.

This house looks brand new and is beautiful inside, the pool is fantastic and the game room is something the kids could enjoy for hours. The location is also perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the I dream of Jeannie Park for beach access. Can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in Coco Beach.

Nice place, beds comfortable. Frig needs new water filter. Pool was not cleaned. Garage / game room air did not work and we cleaned the filter and got it working.no sheets or blanket for the couch bed. Beach was a few blocks away, bikes were available along with beach chairs and tent which was great .more towels and wash clothes would be helpful for large groups to avoid having to wash towels everyday. Overall nice place and would stay again.
