“The home was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed plus some! The location was perfect and Lauren made check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the coffee provided, all the toiletries, and beach toys. There were so many thoughtful touches. The stay exceeded our expectations Nd I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. I hope to return again soon.”

“Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! ”

“Great property! Walking distance to beach. The house had toys, high chair and pack and play for an infant. We loved the family room and side room with the couch. They were close together but each had its own tv. We could have Mickey’s Clubhouse playing on one and something else on the other. It’s really a great house for multiple ages and families!”

“Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! ”

The property had plenty of parking, was extremely clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was great. Although we only stayed one night, I believe this would also be the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the beach, I noticed they had lots of beach toys and a wagon to help get your things to and from the beach.
