“My group stayed one night prior to a cruise out of Port Canaveral; we had an excellent stay and everything was as described. We didn't have time to use the pool but we enjoyed the outdoor area and all slept comfortably. The walk to the beach contains sidewalks was short enough that my 75 year old mother was able to walk it. We would love to stay again! ”

“Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well...

“Great location right across a 1 way street to the beach. The road traffic did not bother us, a few times emergency vehicles passed but that was all we could hear. House was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded, plenty of space. The kids and grandparents loved the foosball table. Shower outside was perfect for rinsing off. Everything we needed was found in the kitchen and in great condition. They did have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon that were all in great...

“It is exactly as the images display. The stay was most pleasant and the dock afforded both dolphin and manatee sightings! There was a launch that was quite visible from the backyard. The host was very attentive when we reach out for aid when we contacted him.”

“This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here ”

“House was spacious and clean and offered a lot to do. Foosball, ping pong, arcade, and corn hole and that was just in the garage. Outside on the dock was great the kids really enjoyed the manatees hanging out in the canal. 10 min walk to the beach was nice with plenty of shops and places to eat along the way. Would definitely stay again.”

“Clean place with all the amenities! Our pet sitter canceled last minute so we had to bring our dogs and it wasn't an issue at all. Large yard with dog throw blankets for the couch and bed, which helped a lot! Helpful property manager. Easy walk to the beach! ”
