I loved the backyard!! Right on the water and a beautiful view. We enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming right by our dock. Kayaking was amazing as well!! . Great location!!! Close to Publix and walking distance to dog park, beach and lots of stores.

This house was perfect for our stay in every way! It was large enough for everyone to have their own space but had great space for us all to gather together also! It was close to everything we wanted/needed. The pool and canal outside drew us outside often to watch the dolphins and manatees.

Amazingly perfect

Our stay was amazing! This was the 7th house we have stayed at booking through VRBO and it was the best and most accommodating house yet! I wish when my kids were younger other places had the same accommodations for young kids as well…. The location was perfect and just the right distance outside of Orlando to still be able to enjoy there as well… would definitely recommend over and over again!!

Clean, convenient, family friendly

Stayed last year with friends, returned this year with family. Property is very clean and well maintained. Property manager is responsive and there were no issues with any portion of out stay. Had some new kitchenware and appliances as well. Location is wonderful, Lori Wilson park and public beach access is less than a 10 min walk/5minute drive.

Cocoa Getaway

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this property, and again, it didn't disappoint. The house is, awesome, and the pool is fantastic. It is a great home for families. Location is great and views are amazing. We will definitely stay again when visiting Cocoa Beach.

Cocoa Beach treasure

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach, including a Publix one street away. It was clean and well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to bikes, kayaks and beach toys. The view from the back looking out to the river is gorgeous. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Wonderful stay !

We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach. The house is really Well located and fully equiped for the Beach and the pool. My kids spent countless hours in the heated pool. Communication was Quick and efficient! I highly recommend this place :)

Disney and Cocoa Beach fun

Nate was amazing at communication pre-stay and during out stay! The previous guests left the place a mess and trash everywhere, Nate was sure to be quick to respond to issues and complaints we had. He even refunded some of our stay due to us having to clean the place to make it usable for us. I would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fabulous

The villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The host is super helpful and responsive. The view is tranquil and exceptional. We used the kayaks and had so many wonderful encounters with the dolphins and manatees. Everyday the dolphins swam by the deck. Highly recommend and I would definitely return.

Perfect Family Getaway in Cocoa Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Cocoa Beach. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and right by the Banana River, where we even saw dolphins! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, even an oil diffuser that made the house smell wonderful. The saltwater pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape without the harshness of chlorine. The spacious house comfortably accommodated four adults and two children, with TVs in every room, plenty of games, and even a giant Jenga set. The tropical surroundings added to the charm, with coconut trees and vibrant flowers everywhere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the owners had clearly thought of every detail to ensure a perfect stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't recommend this property enough for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. vacationimportant info.

Surf and sun

The house was beautiful and very clean. They had a lot of extra amenities for going to the beach. We loved the location. Less than 10 minutes from the pier. We loved everything about it except I wish I had known it was a saltwater pool. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy but the other beds were really hard.

Just What We Needed

From booking to check-out this was a nice relaxing stay. We enjoyed the quiet sunsets in the canal, floating in the pool, and spending time playing games with friends. Super clean, this home is surprisingly spacious. Would definitely book again.

Great location, beautiful views, & relaxing pool

We had a group of 6 aging from 16 to 86! We had plenty of room in the house! House was nice and cool compared to the heat outside! We had several relaxing pool days! Great location for Cocoa beach! Check in and out was simple. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation spot! About an hour away from the parks and attractions in Orlando! We saw three manatee at the manatee sanctuary down the road. Close to Ron John’s, restaurants, and Publix.
