Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a full dinner after a long day in the sun, everything is set up for you.



Step outside and the experience really comes to life. Start your mornings on the balcony with ocean views and coastal breezes, then spend your days soaking up the sun with direct access to the beach. The home includes beach gear to make your days easier, plus two bikes so you can cruise around and explore the area at your own pace. For those mixing work with vacation, there’s also a dedicated office area, giving you a quiet space to stay connected when needed without taking away from the beachside experience.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



The Neighborhood:

Located right along the shoreline in Cocoa Beach, this home puts you in one of the most desirable spots on the Space Coast. You’re just steps from the sand and a short drive to local favorites like Cocoa Beach Pier, shops, restaurants, and live entertainment. The area has a relaxed beach-town vibe, perfect for both quiet getaways and fun group trips.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Bikes are available for cruising nearby streets and beachside paths. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and most local attractions, dining, and beach access points are just a short drive or ride away.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: laundry detergent is not provided)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



Please note the following:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay

- Parking is limited to the driveway only (up to 4 vehicles). No street parking is allowed
