The City of Cocoa Beach strictly enforces parking regulations for vacation rentals. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed in the driveway at any time.
Street parking, lawn/yard parking, or exceeding the 4-car limit is not permitted.
City Fine: Exceeding the 4-car limit may result in a $250 per-vehicle fine, issued directly by the City of Cocoa Beach. These fines are the guest’s responsibility.
