Perfect location

It was as its pictured. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants/bars. We went to see the airshow on cocoa beach.

Not bad, but could use a good deep clean. There was a d water wrapper in drawer and a cup of ice,

Shower curtain outside one needs washing. Just a good deep clean other than that it was all good.

Very dirty

So bad guys. Underneath the beds looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. The beds were very lumpy and had a giant mattress topper on them to try to cover the grossness. The bathroom… so bad. We as a roach in there, I’m still in shock how different it was from reviews and pictures. The owner was very kind when we called to say we found what looked like dog puke under a bed… but this was bad. Needs a DEEP clean.

Beach getaway

My family and I were just staying for the weekend before we headed over to Disney World. Great location! Right across the street from public beach access. Very private even though it’s apart of a duplex. Not the cleanest but not the dirtiest either. we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute and convenient

Cute and convenient little Oasis. Close to the beach and a lot of things within walking distance and not that far from anything else you would want to do. Only thing missing is a laundry facility. Owner is extremely nice. Overall 10 out 10 would recommend!

A few surprises…

Pros: Great location, quiet neighborhood, several areas to walk to for food & groceries. Beds were comfortable and bed linens were clean. Cons: Several areas of the house are in need of repair and/or cleaning: the bathtub is flaking and the suction mat placed on top to cover it was slippery and a little slimy/dirty, there was hair and dirt along the tub surround. The front window & door were filthy and the window blind was broken into a dozen pieces and hanging like it had been in a fight. The oven was dirty, and when we moved a bed to get a charging cord there were dirty clothes, trash, and a ton of dust & dirt. All 4 dining table chairs are loose, 3 were missing slats and broken. 2 were too unstable to use. The living room rug, one bedroom rug, and several throw pillows were a cheap furry shag material that was not clean at all. - There are no kitchen towels or potholders. No bathroom hand towels, and only 1 towel/washcloth set per person total for the two nights we stayed. No extra linens anywhere. -The back patio was dirty and unkept, with dead grass, trash, and debris around all of the chairs. We did not receive any check-in or checkout instructions, and the owner didn’t respond to messages sent via VRBO, although she was very nice when I called her directly.

Prime spot next to the ocean!

Great Getaway

Cute little property and the location is prime!! Close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants! Hostess was very responsive and took care of our needs! Had a great long weekend celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday in cocoa beach - thank you!!

Great Location on Cocoa Beach

We stayed for a few days while fishing in a tournament in Cocoa Beach. This property is right in the middle of the action and we were able to walk to dinner and entertainment. The property is also right across the street from the beach. Perhaps the best part of a good visit was the interaction with the owner of this property who was very responsive to communications and was a pleasure to meet. She also went out of her way to accommodate us in dropping off some gear on check in day so we could get out and fish. This property met our needs perfectly for a few days of fishing.

Super cute - perfect for our stay

We just left this adorable duplex. It was a great alternative to a hotel, more space and privacy for half the cost. It was very clean and you could tell it has been updated recently. Just a block away from downtown shopping and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the pier. Directly across the street from beach access. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the lack of working TV remotes, but we were able to work around it. Also, no outside shower or hose to rinse off. All in all it was a great stay, I would highly recommend it.
