THE BEDROOMS
This beach house boasts five bedrooms and eight total separate beds.
All bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs and new designer furniture.

Suite 1 - Key Largo - The Primary Suite with king bed has a private ocean facing balcony, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, and huge en suite primary bathroom with extra large walk-in rain shower and huge walk-in closet. This suite alone can sleep a family of four plus a Pack N Play.

Suite 2 - Coconut Palm - This ocean facing suite has a king sized bed, a huge picture window framing the waves and our coconut palms and a private en suite bathroom with huge walk-in rain shower.

Suite 3 - Bahama Sand - This ground floor king suite has a walk-out private patio with easy access to the hot-tub and a shared en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. (Perfect for those who don't want to do stairs!)

Suite 4 - Below Deck - This fun bunk room has a set of full bunk beds perfect for kids or grown ups! An en-suite bathroom shared with suite 3 makes these two rooms perfect for a family.

Suite 5 - The Love Nest or Nanny's Quarters - this king suite is in a separate part of the home for extra privacy! A huge private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

PLUS! There is an eighth bed which is a queen size sleeper sofa in the rec room!

OUTDOOR SPACES
A beautiful pool to refresh yourself after a long day on the beach! This home is one of only a few houses on the beach with a pool! New landscaping, tons of patio and deck areas, outdoor dining area, multiple outdoor relaxation areas, hammock, three fire pits two gas one wood, a Weber gas grill and a giant sized hot tub!

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property.
Other things to note
This home is seven blocks from downtown cocoa beach. Close enough to walk there on the sand, but far enough that you don't have the noise or traffic of downtown.

One thing you should know is that the beach here is blissfully quiet as there is only one pay parking lot that only has ten spots. Mostly quiet locals on the beach at this end. The crowds are farther north where the hotels and condos are located. You honestly feel like you are at your own private exclusive beach.
