Awsome place to stay especially if you have kids. All kinds of fun stuff to keep them busy and walking distance to beach. And beach was very relaxing. Not to crowded like most places in july

Amazing property. Nicely furnished with everything we needed for the long weekend. The added game room was a hit with the kids and adults alike. Easy access to the beach and close enough to restaurants but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. Host was extremely responsive and professional. If you need a place in Cocoa or near the port for your next cruise this is a great option.

Great place! Super clean, has lots of amenities that made it extra comfortable, lots of games to keep the kids entertained, the outdoor space was awesome, just a block away from the beach, and hosts were easy to get ahold of! Will be planning to stay here again someday.

It’s a nice house for a small family located near the beach. I recommend this house and host highly. We did have a little hiccup with the hot-water heater, but it was quickly and fairly remedied. I have no hesitation in giving this an A stay

Home was really well stocked, clean and very close to the beach. Great backyard for kids. We had some issues during our stay, totally out of control of the owner/manager, but they were very quick to respond and offer assistance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Cocoa Beach House. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved all the kid friendly areas…especially the mini golf in the back yard. Perfect location with quick beach access and the beach is just beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Family trip

Great place for families! The beach is within easy walking distance from the house and the property itself offers plenty of entertainment. The house is very well equipped, from kitchen appliances to beach chairs!

Something for everyone

We had a lovely time at Coral Palm beach house. The house is beautifully decorated and the yard is very well-equipped. The location is perfect for heading to the beach, which was lovely and quiet.

We loved our stay. Our kids range from 25 to 17. They enjoyed the game room and the outdoor games. There was enough beds for all 7 of us.

Paradise

My family of 5 fell in love with this place and Cocoa Beach. The house was perfect and the extras provided were much appreciated. The beach was quiet- which was perfect for relaxing. This was our first time visiting Florida and we couldn’t have asked for a better time ❤️ Thank you for sharing your house with us!
