The Pearl: Luxury Pool on Canal

Located on a peaceful wildlife canal, just blocks from the fun cottage feel of Cocoa Beach town by the Atlantic Ocean! A luxurious experience spa like retreat with a twist of adventure and surprising fun. Designed for pampering with gourmet kitchen, Belgian flax linens and a huge heated pool with hot tub. Enjoy the curated historical displays of the 1715 Spanish fleet of sunken treasure and pirates from our area. Don't forget to try our challenging built-in Escape Room to find your own treasure!

Located on a wilderness canal just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, and just a few more blocks to the beautiful beach at the Atlantic Ocean!

You will have private access to the entire house and yard, pool and dock.

Walking, biking and car are all options. We have space to park in the driveway.

Pool is not heated by default. Guests may request that the pool be heated for an extra charge of $25 per night.

Your dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $40 PER NIGHT. Please let us know at time of booking if you are bringing a dog.

We have beds to sleep up to 8 people - includes one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, a full size rollaway (sleeps two), two twin beds and two standard rollaways.

NOTE: The pontoon boat is available for renting. HOWEVER, if you choose not to rent the boat please be aware that we may rent the boat off-site to others. In that case you may see us walking through the backyard to take out the boat. We will make every effort not to disturb you.

Found a treasure in Cocoa Beach

It is a well thought out home and newly renovated. The pool and dock on the canal was beautiful and the dolphins playing feet away was spectacular. The owners were very responsive to any messages or concerns. Thank you - we will be back.

Few feet from the water

What a delightful place to stay! The house is spacious and well appointed with great showers and a nice kitchen. A pristine screen covered pool provides a transition from the house to the banks of the Banana River system. As if on cue, within an hour of checking in, a huge manatee gave us a slow and graceful float by. There is plenty of good seating to view the water, wildlife and sunsets. The pirate era artifacts that cover the walls are well presented—an education. Great access to the Kennedy Space Flight Center and close to great viewing ares for rocket launches,. We were lucky enough to witness the launch of the Goes-U mission. Awesome! We highly recommend this location and this house. We will be back again !!!

The property is definitely as advertised but the pictures don’t do it justice. It held my wife and I, four more adults and two toddlers and we weren’t cramped at all. We spent a LOT of time in the pool and having the pool heat turned on (mid march) was a great choice. We also spent a lot of time out on the deck by the canal. We saw manatees and dolphins as well as a lot of birds, our oldest daughter was on a kayak and had a manatee beneath her. There are a lot of stores and restaurants that are within walking distance and the beach was also easy to walk to.The house itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this property enough. We had a small roadblock with the escape room but it was very fun to do. This is definitely a place we will come back to, well worth it.
