Heated Pool-Waterfront-Boat Dock-Paradise

Paradise is awaiting for your arrival. Located on a deep water canal with boat dock and a pool. You will not be disappointed while staying at My Happy Place. This home is designed for the perfect vacation. As you enter you will see great pride was taken in picking out every item in this home to ensure a home away from home experience. Open kitchen design allows for the chef of the family to prepare any meal while still being part of the group. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and so much more. The king bed suite has 2 foldout sleeper chairs, French doors leading outside and a very spacious bathroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third. The game room can double as a fourth bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. This WATERFRONT HEATED pool home is spacious with the game room and a liana with ceiling fans making your morning drink of choice or afternoon cocktail extra special to enjoy. My Happy Place is nestled right in the middle of an array of restaurants, shopping, local attractions and 1 and a half blocks from the beach. Cocoa Beach has continuous sidewalk road share lanes to all the attractions and Cottage Row.

House is nice and clean However we had problems with commodes and showers would not drain for two days. East coast would not return my calls or messages because it was labor day so it was following day two days without bathrooms including showers is uncalled for i hope you treat the next family better.

This is a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The location is great! It’s roomy and the pool and dock are great places to spend your days while you aren’t exploring! The dock is a great pace for morning coffee! Highly recommend!

Beautiful

We had an amazing stay and beautiful weather. The house is conveniently located near downtown while still having plenty of privacy. We saw dolphins and turtles from the dock in the mornings and lots of different birds. We will be back!

Amazing!

We stayed here for a week over spring break with 4 kids, my parent and my husband and I. It was just perfect. Enough space for everyone. The pool was a hit with the kids and so was the dock. We saw dolphins a few times and were able to catch fish off the dock. Location is walkable to Lori Wilson park which has free parking and public beach access along with a park for the kids. Can’t beat the locations!

Location is Everything

This house was perfect for two families with kids! Spacious enough for everyone to not feel on top of one another. Being able to walk to the beach, watch dolphins from the dock and endless swim parties was a terrific spring break. The kids were even excited for the bonus cat who visited us often.

Spacious and clean home!

This place was absolutely amazing and had everything that we needed. Customer service was quick and amazing, when needed! Kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the table on the dock was the perfect place to sit with my morning coffee. We will definirely return to this adorable home in one of our favorite vacation spots!

Fun at the beach, pool and dock

We had a great stay at My Happy Place. The weather wasn’t the greatest but even on the cloudy days we had fun. The heated pool was used daily and our teen boys enjoyed fishing from the dock. In the evening we saw comb jellies near the dock. The house is equipped with games and information about restaurants. I would recommend a stay for families.

My Happy Place

We had a great stay at My Happy place!! November 12 thru 19, 2024. Property had every thing to make a great stay in Coco Beach area. Lots of room for our family of 7 from Canada. Screened out side living area was a great place to gather and we all spent a lot of time in the pool. Only 45 minutes to Orlando to see all the big attractions and many things to do locally also. Restaurants were great with a ton of great shopping. And the beach is 3 minute walk. I would recommend My Happy Place for your stay in Coco Beach Fl.

Wonderful property for our family!

We loved our stay at this home! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus two grandparents. They had everything we needed - beach towels, toys, crib, high chair, and kitchen tools. We really enjoyed the pool! Communication before and during our stay was great. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie mit unseren 12jährigen Tochter und Oma und Opa in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus im August, September 2024 verbracht. Schon das Angebot und die Bilder sahen sehr verlockend aus. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer und das ganze Haus sind mit soviel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche bot alles, was man benötigt. Am allerschönsten ist natürlich die Terasse mit Pool und die weitere Terasse am Banana River. Hier konnten wir so manchen Sonnenauf- und -untergang genießen. Zum nahegelegenen Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Nach Orlando fährt man ca. 1h. Nicht zu vergessen ist der bekannte Surferladen RonJon, der zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Dieses Haus verdient eine TOP Bewertung :-)

Family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We loved using the dock for fishing and enjoying our morning coffee. We caught catfish and ladyfish with the pole that was left at the house(we safely released all the fish we caught). My kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. Location was great!! house

Clean & Quiet

Our family had a great stay at this property. It is clean, the area is quiet, and the pool was perfect. There were plenty of towels and various spaces to gather for meals, card games, or to visit. Clear communication. Nearby grocery stores for meal prep are convenient. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you need for meal prep. This property does not include "leftbehinds" in the kitchen, so be sure to grab spices, oil, etc. to cook with while shopping. The washer and dryer are such a huge convenience. We had a great time and would return again.
