  • Njut av en lugn vistelse i denna trevliga stuga med två sovrum i Cocoa. Huset byggdes 1960 och ligger på en skogbevuxen tomt på 1/4 acre. Det har totalrenoverats och moderniserats speciellt för att våra gäster ska trivas. Den mysiga bostaden har två sovrum, ett badrum med regndusch samt nödvändiga bekvämligheter som luftkonditionering och Starlink-WiFi. the neighborhood is bit sketchy and there was no AC in one of the bedrooms, but hey you get what you pay for - right? I told AI I wanted old florida vibe so it suggested I should stay in Cocoa Village not beach but if you're going to the beach you should stay at the beach. Otherwise, the host was very cooperative and helpful.

This cottage was comfortable, cosy, very clean with all the amenities to make my stay special. I enjoyed the backyard view from the kitchen window and overall it was an excellent place to stay.

After a little speedbump, our stay couldn't have been better. The location was perfect for all our activities and the place is so nice with a great back yard and porch. When we got ahold of Joel, he was nice and welcoming. The cottage has great furnishings and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip to Florida. This place was just exactly what we were looking for. We were able to quickly get to the beach. To the nature preserve. To cocoa village. Then come back here and relax. The place was very clean. Very comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating with us. I highly recommend it.

This was a great little place close to Cocoa Riverfront Park (about a 10 minute drive). Thé front porch and the side entrance provided privacy and nice sitting areas. We would stay again for future concerts in Cocoa.

Home was nice and small but plenty of room for us. The area looked somewhat questionable, but it ended up being a quiet little area.

The host was extremely accommodating and immediately answered any questions that I had. The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. I will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 12.

Weekend near Merritt Island

This property was perfect for the two of us. Comfortable beds. Clean. Plenty of space for us to park the truck and boat. Close to the water and boat ramps.
