“The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.”

“Great for family travel - if you have a baby/young toddler definitely beneficial as the property provides some essential big items for day to day life. If you have older kids/teens the screen room is also definitely helpful as they tend to want to sit out there and give you some peace and quiet. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty of room for my family of 5.”

“This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!”

“Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.”

“This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back.”

“Awesome cottage! Cute and clean. Has everything you need. Restaurants walking distance. The pig and whistle right across was delicious. Tried a few different other restaurants as well few blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels,umbrella and cooler bag was awesome. Loved the back patio hang out. The mud room to hang your swim suits to dry. The kitchen has seasonings, cooking essentials. The bathroom was gorgeous! Black out blinds were perfect. Free netflix and cable helped while the...

“Home was centrally located so you could walk or drive to anywhere you wanted to go”

“One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. In the unlikely event that you have an issue they handle it promptly and efficiently. Book this property if available - you won’t regret it.”
